For 2nd Year Fine Art, I will be presenting along side Alana Butler the webinar for Walking: A Performative Practice. This will be a 30 minute talk, followed guy the rest of the group:
Georgia Phillips, Jasmine Summers, and Isaac Entwistle who will be leading the open discussion later on.
This webinar will focus on topics of walking and performance theories. With Artists discussed include Vito Acconci, Francis Alÿs and Richard Long. It is free to access and is open to everyone interested in these topics. We encourage your Participation and to raise questions on the topic of walking and performance art. Interaction of the public is essential to invite a discussion. Where the line is drawn with performance practice?
Performances tend to be live and this webinar will be reflecting that by the format of an online webinar. Come join the conversation and open discussion at the end of the Webinar on Tuesday 5th May at 1 pm - 2 pm. We are looking forward to seeing you connect.
